The plugin also allows us to include in the notification email sent to comment authors — either the link to the post related to the comment they got mentioned in, the related post title, the link to the exact comment they got mentioned in, or the three; with the use of simple built in tags: %title% — Post title, %link% — Comment link, and %post% — the related post link.
– Mention multiple comment authors in comment.
Assuming we would like to reply preceding comment authors, instead of clicking on the reply link on each comments, AtMention In Comment plugin enables us to mention the preceding comment author(s) in a single comments, with each comment author being notified by email.

– Installing the Plugin
To install AtMention in Comments plugin, we can either choose to download the zip achieve of the plugin at the WordPress plugin repository, hover on the Plugins option at our WordPress site admin page, click Add New followed by Upload, we choose the plugin zip achieve and click Install now.

We should keep in mind that, notification email sent to mentioned comment authors can also be styled in HTML, so spice up the notification email and make it look attractive to receivers!.
The %link% tag means the link to comment where the mailed comment author got mentioned in, %title% tag means the post title related to the comment, and the %post% tag mean the link to the post related to the specific comment with mention.
– Customizing the @mention Text Color
This is relatively easy, all to do is, we navigate to the AtMention in Comment settings page: admin page -> Settings -> AtMention in Comments, we click on the preferred @mention text color option, select our preferred color from the drop-down list of colors and we click Save Changes after selection.
– Mentioning Comment Authors
To mention comment authors in our comments, we type the “@” sign, followed by the comment author name. See examples below, the comment author names are in bold texts while the way of writing the mentions are in italic.

John Doe — Hi @john__doe
Doyin Faith Kasumu — Hi @doyin__faith__kasumu
Take note of the double underscores used in place of the spaces between full names.
